KOA, a real estate concept that aims to bring a new definition to residential living in the UAE, announces it’s launch in the Dubai market this winter. Founded by Mohammed Bin Zaal, former CEO of Al Barari, KOA has been created with the aim of leading Dubai’s real estate industry into a new era of cultural and urban environment that contributes to the soul of a dynamic new Dubai.
Drawing on his extensive experience in both the real estate and service industries, Bin Zaal’s focus for KOA will be on creating livable space that reflect the lifestyles of a new forward thinking generation of UAE residents. Under the KOA umbrella, Bin Zaal will develop unique residential communities, retail concepts, and introduce a new approach to working spaces. Each project will reflect the global outlook of the region and meet the regional demand for individuals expression and stronger ties to culture.
Mohammed Biz Zaal, CEO and Founder of KOA comments: “I’m incredibly excited by what KOA means for real estate in the region. I feel that it is the next step in the evolution of property development in Dubai. It’s about the real estate industry catching up with the demands of a new generation of residents and the long term vision of the region. The definition of KOA is strength and this is an aspirational project to not only give people their dream homes, working spaces and communities, but also to set a new standard in the region of what urban developments should stand for, supporting the UAR and the region in it’s drive forward in cultural enrichment”
